The Jeep Wrangler solidifies its 2-year old makeover with the all-new 2020 model. Starting at just under $30,000, the configuration range spans $10,000 from the base-line Wrangler Sport model to the top end Unlimited Rubicon.
While the square body-styling may appear similar from afar, most people will be able to distinguish a number of upgrades over the outgoing model. The most exciting of which is the all-new power-folding, cloth roof on the upgraded Wrangler hard-top models. Drivers can now get the open and airy Wrangler experience without having to remove or store the bulky hard-top panels or expansive soft-top canvases that once burdened Wrangler owners. Now, owners can enjoy the roofless experience, without compromise and hardship. In addition to the new modern power-top, the front fascia has also received some modern updates. Not to worry, as the styling still hasn't strayed too far from that of the original CJ Jeep's guidelines. Instead, some very welcome features have been integrated into the "face" of the new Jeep Wrangler. These features include standard LED lights embedded in the fenders for a futuristic look and optional LED headlamps to take the Jeep Wrangler's styling well into the future. This futuristic trend has also affected the front bumper, giving it a much more slender and handsome profile, with silver accents that match the ones in the slightly redesigned grille slats. It can surely be said that the front of the new Wrangler is one of the two places where the most changes will be noticed; The other happens to be the interior. The updated interior instantly gives off a much more premium feel than the outgoing model. Rear seat passengers finally have dedicated climate control as standard in the 4-door models. These and other additions, such a center armrest, and built-in cupholders, make the back seat a much better place to be in the 2020 Jeep Wrangler than it has ever been. Upfront, you'll find a slightly updated steering wheel, optional, premium materials, and lots of storage in the form of many bins, cubbies, and consoles. The main event of the cockpit has to be the updated U-Connect infotainment system, which is far more intuitive than previous generations. It supports Apple Car Play, Android Auto, as well as the standard suite of Fiat/Chrysler options and features. These are the most relevant updates to the new Jeep Wrangler, and overall, the Jeep lovers will likely be very satisfied with this modern refreshment of a classic automotive icon.
